Your message will by default be placed at the end of the loop on each channel. To change its position on a channel, click "Channels" and then click on the name of the channel you wish to change. Ensure the “Active Schedule” tab is selected. Re-ordering items in a schedule

Scroll to the message you wish to move (it may be at the bottom of the list if you have just created it), then click on the icon at the left of the item that shows the content type. Drag the item up or down accordingly to move it to its correct position in the loop.

When you have finished making changes, click “Save” at the bottom of the page to publish the changes to the system. If you do not wish to make the changes active, simply click “Cancel”.

If any Alert Items, or if there is a Timed Item, are currently scheduled these will still take precedence over regular items, even if you move a regular item to be scheduled before an alert or timed item.

N.B. Any changes to the schedule will cause the content schedule (for all zones) to re-start on screen upon the next check in, immediately ending any currently playing items.
